Regular hula hoops fall the second you stop perfectly.
Traditional hoops need rhythm and coordination, and they hit the floor the moment your form slips. Gym workouts mean travel, equipment, and time you don't have. There is another way.
The design
Weighted resistance, fully adjustable.
A weighted core stays in continuous, controlled rotation around your waist so you're not chasing it or restarting your rhythm. The removable-link design adjusts to fit a wide range of waist sizes, and smooth, quiet notches make it comfortable enough for daily use, even in front of the TV.
Questions
Is it safe for bad knees or a bad back?
It's low-impact with no jumping or running, which makes it easier on joints than many traditional workouts. As with any new movement, start slow and see how your body responds.
Will it fit me?
Yes, the removable-link design adjusts to a wide range of waist sizes. Check the size chart to find your starting fit.
Is it loud?
No, it's designed to rotate smoothly and quietly, comfortable enough to use while watching TV.
