Cotton buds push it in. Everyone knows. Everyone does it.
The bud compacts wax against the eardrum instead of lifting it out, which is why the packet tells you not to and why people end up at a clinic getting it syringed. The instinct to clean is fine. The tool is the problem. There is another way.
The tip
Tacky resin instead of absorbent cotton.
Cotton soaks up moisture and drags wax along the canal wall. A resin tip is slightly tacky, so dry wax and debris stick to it and come away when you lift it out. No absorption, no compacting, and nothing left behind in the ear. Tips are individually capped and the tool rinses clean for reuse.

Questions
How far in can I use it?
The outer ear and the very entrance of the canal, only where you can see. The eardrum sits closer than most people think, and anything pushed deep can reach it.
Does it work on wet or soft wax?
It is made for dry wax. Soft or wet wax does not stick to the resin, and trying to force it is exactly when people push too deep.
Is it safe for children?
No. Not for young children, and never anything in a child's ear canal.
My ear feels blocked. Will this clear it?
Do not try. A blocked, muffled, or painful ear needs a doctor. Trying to dig out a blockage usually compacts it further or damages the canal.
What if I have a perforated eardrum or grommets?
Do not use it. Same for any history of ear surgery.
How do I clean it?
Warm soapy water, rinse, air dry completely, then cap. Never store it damp.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Not yet. We ship within Lebanon for $3 flat, cash on delivery.
