Oregano oil standardised for carvacrol, the compound most of the research is about, paired with black seed oil for thymoquinone. Both are oils, which is why they belong in a softgel rather than a capsule. Swallowed with food, there is no burn and nothing to taste.

Will this cure an infection or fix my gut?
No. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it does not treat or prevent illness. If you have an infection, persistent digestive symptoms, or pain, see a doctor.
Can I take it while pregnant?
No. Oregano oil is not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This is not a case for guessing.
Can children take it?
No. Adults only.
Does it interact with medication?
It can. Oregano and black seed oil may affect blood clotting, blood pressure, and blood sugar. If you take medication for any of those, or you have surgery scheduled, ask your doctor before starting.
Will it repeat on me?
Softgels avoid the taste, but oregano oil can still cause heartburn if taken on an empty stomach. Always take it with food.
How much oregano oil is actually in it?
The 20:1 figure describes an extract ratio, not milligrams of oil in the softgel. We will publish the exact per serving amounts from the label rather than quote an equivalence number.
