Does this work like Botox?
No. Botox relaxes the muscle underneath, and nothing applied to the surface of the skin does that. This hydrates and improves how the skin looks and feels. If you want muscle relaxation, that is a practitioner conversation.
Will it get rid of my forehead lines?
It softens how they look by hydrating and plumping the skin, and that effect builds while you use it and fades when you stop. Lines from repeated movement do not go away from skincare.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Yes. Toner first, let it absorb, then your active. Introduce one new product at a time so you know what your skin is reacting to.
Will it pill under makeup?
Not if you use a small amount and let it absorb before the next layer. Pilling is nearly always too much product or not enough waiting.
