Will this make me quit smoking?
No, and anyone telling you a necklace will is selling you something. It occupies the hand to mouth habit, which is a real part of why quitting is hard. The nicotine part needs nicotine replacement, medication, or proper behavioural support.
Am I inhaling anything?
Air, and a faint scent from the stick as air moves past it. Nothing is burned, heated, or vaporised, and the refills are not for ingestion.
Is it addictive?
There is no nicotine in it. It can become a habit in the ordinary sense, which for most people is the point.
Can I use it on a plane or at a desk?
