  • Naturally contains omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids
  • Two softgels daily with food

Thymoquinone percentage and per serving amounts pending confirmation from the supplier's certificate of analysis.

Adults only. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Black seed oil can affect blood clotting and blood sugar, so speak to your doctor first if you take blood thinners, diabetes medication, or blood pressure medication, or if you have surgery coming up. Stop if you get heartburn or stomach discomfort.

A food supplement, not a medicine. It does not treat parasites, infections, or any medical condition. Persistent bloating, fatigue, or digestive symptoms are worth seeing a doctor about, and a suspected parasitic infection is diagnosed with a stool test and treated with prescription medication, not with a supplement.

Black Seed Oil Softgels

Most black seed oil is sold on a percentage nobody checks.

Thymoquinone is the compound the research is about, and its level swings enormously between bottles depending on seed origin, pressing, and storage. Two bottles side by side on a shelf can be nothing alike. There is another way to buy it.

The oil

Cold pressed, standardised, one ingredient.

Nigella sativa oil, cold pressed so heat does not degrade the active compounds, and standardised so the thymoquinone content is a known number rather than a hope. Sealed in softgels because it is an oil, which means no taste, no measuring, and no bottle going rancid on a shelf.

Questions

Does this kill parasites or break down biofilm?
No. That claim gets made a lot about black seed oil and we are not going to make it. Laboratory studies on an isolated compound in a dish are not the same as a softgel doing that in a person. If you think you have a parasitic infection, it is diagnosed with a stool test and treated with prescription medication.
Will it fix my bloating?
We are not going to promise that either. Chronic bloating has many causes, most of them dietary or digestive, and some worth investigating. If it has gone on for months, see a doctor before spending on supplements.
What thymoquinone percentage is in it?
Pending confirmation from the supplier's certificate of analysis. We will publish the actual figure rather than a marketing number.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your doctor. Black seed oil can affect blood clotting and blood sugar, which matters if you take blood thinners or diabetes medication.
Can I take it while pregnant?
No. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Why is it more expensive than a supermarket bottle?
Standardisation and cold pressing cost more than pressing seeds and bottling the result. Whether that is worth it to you depends on whether the thymoquinone figure is actually verified, which is why we will publish ours.
How long does a bottle last?
60 softgels. At two a day, one month.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Not yet. We ship within Lebanon for $3 flat, cash on delivery.
